Our services to overseas importers it involve several aspects of help and they are the following :
- We coordinate with the different shippers or exports companies all shipments leaving Chile, fulfill the dates in order to insure that the shipments programs are being fulfilled according to agreed schedule.
- We look for the better fruit available that can fulfill with the quality specifications of our clients, as well as variety, color, sizes, kind package, net weight boxes, presentation, level of ripeness fruit, brand, label, etc..
- Our agronomists visit to the growers in order to know their way work, their facilities, packing house, cold storage and if they fulfill with the "Good Agricultural Practices"
- We provide to our client the possibility of having in our office, their own office in Chile supporting them here abroad in communications, surveillance and supervision of shipments, quantity, dates departures, etc.
- With our quality control and the reports with digital photos by e-mail about fresh fruit, it give to our client premature information in order to take quick decisions and avoid problems to the arrival of the fruit in destination port.
